I teach time-crunched professionals how to create strength, balance, and ease in their body and mind so they can be more productive at work, more present at home, and enjoy every day to its fullest.


There are various ways to practice with me including, group classes, workshops, in-person private lessons, online private lessons, and online videos posted throughout the blog.

You can schedule either single sessions or choose from one of the packages below.  If you would like to customize your own practice package (i.e. pranayama and philosophy packafree-discovery-callge), please reach out to me for details. The first step in setting up any session or package is to partake in a discovery call.  Please click the discovery call image to schedule your discovery call and complete a client intake form.

In some private yoga lessons you will learn breathing techniques that can help you calm down and practice poses that allow you to rest deeply. Some days we may come up with a few exercises for you to do on your own that will improve your running or other athletic pursuits. In other sessions we will work on some of those fancy poses you have seen in yoga magazines {if you want to!}.

Your Home/Office

  • I see clients in their homes and offices throughout Atlanta, GA.
  • If yoga and other self care practices are hard to fit into a busy life, this is fror you!
  • I come to you, at a time that fits into your schedule and make sure you get what you need.
  • These sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and usually scheduled at a standing time each week.
  • Sessions in your home or office are available all week and very early morning and late night practices are available.

My Home Studio

  • I see clients at my private home yoga studio near Buckhead/Brookhaven area.
  • Here I offer you dedicated yoga space with a full array of props.
  • There will be none of the distractions from your regular life.
  • These sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and are available all week, early mornings, and late nights.
  • As my home studio availability is limited, the priority for scheduling will be given to students who desire regular sessions (weekly, bi weekly, or monthly)
  • If availability allows, I am more than happy to schedule sessions on an “as needed” basis and these can be booked easily through my online scheduler.
